Seven Bluebirds
My first plate!
January Journal pages 2014
Jan'14 Journal pages
It is safe to say I'm going through my blue period. Thankfully not my mood but just my love of all shades of blue :)
Photo 1: Acrylic ink on gorgeous handmade 12" Twirocker paper
Photo 2: My first ever fired plate since enrolling in ceramics school. It was decorated using a latex resist technique.
Photos 3-4: Latest pages for the month of January on my journal. Watercolor/Mixed media on my Hand•Book sketchbook.

Beautiful. The way you manage to work in so many mediums with such ease (at least that's what it looks like from here) is inspiring.

Your calendar inspired me so much I decided to have a series on my blogs featuring people's to-do lists or calendars. I simply LOVE yours and never can get over how gifted you are at incorporating beauty into the daily grind. Thank you! And in case you wanted to see it I linked it below. http://nateandabbyclark.blogspot.com/2014/01/to-do-5.html

I absolutely LOVE your work! The Azul post really caught my eye, especially the first image. When I read it was on Twinrocker paper, I couldn't believe it. I went to university near them and went out to their place to watch them make paper waaaay back in the '70s! Fabulous paper for your incredible artwork!

Welcome back! Love all the blue - my oldest boy's name is Blue. And your journal pages inspired me to make my own journal this year. Much more fun to doodle in it than to actually do my "To Do List".
